Ability First proudly provides services under both the DD Waiver and the Mi Via Waiver in New Mexico. Our DD Waiver services are available in Albuquerque, Santa Fe, and Las Vegas NM. Through the Mi Via program, we support eligible individuals across the state of New Mexico who choose to self-direct their services.
Mi Via is New Mexico’s self-directed service delivery option available to individuals who qualify for the Developmental Disabilities (DD) Waiver. It allows participants to take greater control over how their services are planned and delivered.
