We currently serve individuals and families through two dedicated locations in Northern New Mexico. Each center offers the same high standard of care, tailored to the needs of the local community.
Our Albuquerque location offers comprehensive disability services with a focus on community integration and daily skill development.
Located in San Miguel County, our Las Vegas center provides a full range of residential, day, and in-home support services.
From residential housing to day services and in-home support, we offer a full range of programs that work together to support long-term independence. Our services include supported living and group homes, customized in-home support, respite care, family living options, Mi Via services, and employment assistance.
Each program is designed to provide structure, consistency, and opportunities for growth both at home and in the community.
Our day habilitation centers focus on helping individuals develop essential life skills, build confidence, and stay actively engaged. Through structured daily programs, participants strengthen communication, social interaction, and independent living skills in a supportive environment.
