Direct Support Professional

Direct Support Professionals provide care for individuals with living support services provided in a single residence of no more than four (4) individuals that live in the home. This involves direct hands-on support of the individuals receiving services. As direct care staff, you are equally responsible for the care and support for these individuals, as their caregiver, guardian and professional team.

  • Employees will receive a $500.00 Bonus each year of FT Employment on the anniversary of their hire date.​

  • $500.00 for every referred FT staff that remains with the company for a minimum of 6 months.

Respite Care Provider

A Respite Care Provider is a support service to allow the individuals primary caregiver to take a break from the caregiving responsibilities while maintaining adequate supervision and support to the individual during the absence of the primary caregiver.

Family Living Provider

Family Living providers, provide direct support and assistance to no more than two (2) individuals in a home. Services and supports are furnished by a natural or host family member or companion who meets the necessary requirements.

Employment Specialist

Employment Specialist also known as a Job Coach refers to the training of an employee by an approved specialist, who uses structured intervention techniques to help the employee learn to perform job tasks to the employer’s specifications and to learn the interpersonal skills necessary to be accepted as a worker at the job site and in related community contacts. In addition to job-site training, job coaching includes related assessment, job development, counseling, advocacy, travel training and other services needed to maintain the employment.

Customized In-Home Support Staff

To enhance home living skills for an individual as well as community skills and to address health and safety as needed. They provide the individuals the opportunity to design and manage the services and/ or supports needed to live in their own home or their family’s home.

Customized Community Support Staff

Assist an individual to: increase their independence and potentially reduce the amount of paid supports, establish or strengthen interpersonal relationships, join social networks and participate in typical community life.

Service Coordinator

Manages the individual’s caregiving support team which includes, but is not limited to the individual’s case manager, primary care physician, therapists, respite care providers, etc.
