Adult Nursing

Adult Nursing Services are accessed for individuals that have health-related needs.  The nurse provides initial/annual assessments and based on these assessments the nurse determines what health care plans are needed. The nurse then provides training for Direct Care Staff or the individual’s families on these plans.  A nurse is available for “on-call” 24 hours a day and is always available for face-to-face urgent issues.
